When i originally paid for my maintenance the lady at the front desk was nice, but when I came back with an issue she said all the issues were my fault. She also talked over the mechanic and had him change his story so that he wouldnt admit fault. They continually deined fault and fraud even with evidence provided to them.
Always a good job at a good price and goes the extra where required (loose bits fixing, etc.)
Definitely scam artist
Scam artists who add extra fees and parts onto your bill. They are not female friendly as they took advantage of my fiances lack of knowlege to charge her extra. When I asked them what the mehcanic did, he couldnt properly answer and then said that ford makes all these other parts break they have to change lightbulbs. They lack mechanical and electrical knowlege and are despicable people who take advantage of females.
