Filfthy dirty, unsantiary food production site in the middle of nowhere. The whole site, including inside areas, even the finance office, smells of onions and has an insect infestation, and lacks hygeine Worked there for one day- it was enough as there was massive discrimination against agency workers without rights. All the permanant staff i spoke to hated it there. In 30 contracts over the last few years this was one of the worst. It was clear to see they have been taking advantage of low paid Polish workers for years. The whole place needs to be closed down. Their HR lady was horrendous. The owners are stuck in the dark ages. Access to and from the site is also extrmeley dangerous with heavy machinery and HGVs encroaching to far onto staff areas, along with an incredibly dangerous exit onto the approach road where there have been fatalaties. If you are reading this on the way to a job interview, do yourself a favour, and turn round, unless you fancy catching covid.
