Made a call to Ely branch looking for an HDMI / SCART converter ... to connect second-hand TV to my Sky minibox ... they don't stock them but I had a chat with Aaron who was happy to offer some advice on what else might work ... he was spot on and ten minutes later (and at completely no cost) I was up and running! Great customer care and very much appreciated.

Good service, reasonable prices too, unfortunately, they didn't stock the dishwasher we wanted.
Bit of a forgotten gem, the local electrical shop. There aren't many places like this left. But they're worth visiting for decent prices, good advice and too service. I've been a customer with Hughes for items as diverse as televisions, stereos, fridges and radios since 2010 with no real complaints. Recommended.
We always get a friendly helpful service and if they don't stock the item they get it in for you. We need local trades/retailers /shops. Keep them going.
