We have used these guys twice now and both times they have been excellent! Even during busy times they have managed to finish the work as expected. Very accommodating for any changes may come your way during a house renovation project. Great knowledge of the work and the products they sell. Highly recommend for all your flooring needs!

I have used this company for around 34 years never had any cause for complaint great customer service and excellent workmanship until last year ,i booked a date for them to re lay my stair carpet did not turn up reason was that they forgot ,i then booked a date to have the same carpet stretched again no show ,i went into the store for an explanation i was told that i would receive a phone call from the owner ,i am still waiting this would never have happened with the previous owner, very upset ! i have now taken my business elsewhere.

They are ok-ish. Some time ago (18 years or so) they did a good job putting in the floor in our dining room/hallway. Although I later put in the 3 bedroom floors and the lounge floor myself, I thought I'd give them a go again after one bedroom was devastated by a boiler replacement. Unfortunately this customer experience was not as before. I probably could have done the job earlier, at half the price, using better flooring, so I've only myself to blame. But at least we have a usable floor now. Had to re-jig the cupboard door that they took off as it wouldn't shut properly, now working as before. Don't think I'll mention the shoddy floor laying inside the cupboard either.

Can't be bothered to call to say they can't come to a measure up despite it being pre-booked, really unprofessional. Don't use them.
