Disgustingly shocking service; I ordered an item off them in early february intending it to come as a valentines gift. After receiving no communication from them for over two weeks I emailed to enquire what the issue was; after which they said the storm had damaged their workshop and was offered either a refund or the order with an extra free gift. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and choose the latter; still nothing else from them for another week or so until I emailed them again, at which they said the order couldn't be fulfilled and they would refund me. It's now the 2nd of March and I'm still waiting for the refund. Bunch of liars and rip off merchants so avoid wasting your hard earned money on them if you can. (Note this review is not under my real name) Update (16th March): As you can see a very unprofessional response from the owner below reeking of character assassination. Instead of reading my other reviews you should be focusing on what you did wrong and what you can do in future. Your characterisation of me as an unpleasant person on top of your already unprofessional behaviour doesn't really endear me or other people to get in contact with you; especially given I've already previously emailed you about the refund. Please don't expect pleasant reviews when you take people's money and lie to them. If anybody doubts my witness I am more than happy to show them the email proof via private message. That is all

Fantastic novelty chocolates! Chocolate guns, chocolate dogs, chocolate wedding favours…everything is covered. Great military gifts and fantastic chocolate gifts for men. Highly recommended.
DO NOT USE - ordered bespoke wedding favours through this company - 8 days before the wedding received an email stating if I wanted my order I would need to pay additional because she had calculated the cost wrong. When I queried this I was told I was trying to achieve 'premium products at primary prices' which she had priced herself. When I couldn't afford to pay the extra I was told I am the female version of Scrooge, and she had given the favours to a local food bank......the favours are now for sale on her website. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this service.
