Great customer service, I rang to make an enquiry but the line was busy. I was intending to call back but they beat me to it and rang me to apologise that they couldn’t answer the phone because they had been busy. I confirmed they had the item I was looking for (great price and cheaper than Amazon) and walked down and purchased it. Support your local shops

I have always had great service. They are relaxed and easy and professional. I dropped my bike off last week for a service. I asked for extras as well. They fit me in quickly, but didn’t give me a quote. I worried slightly that they might be tempted to overcharge me, but the next day I received a call. They had looked at my bike, assessed it’s needs and then gave me a realistic quote of what the actual charges would be. I appreciated this to no end. I got my bike back days earlier than they expected and the work done was fantastic. Thank you so much!
