They need to get a larger drop off box. Quite often it is to full to drop off or it's to small for even a small package to fit in. And I don't like dropping packages off at sportsworld in an open air box on the floor. Also it would be nice if ups would consider moving location. There location on the main street of town is not very attractive. Otherwise I do appreciate the package service here in Ely.

Not a customer service center. No one there to help. Just small box bin that a DISH return box won't fit.
this place is horrible. They not only do not accept packages unless you tell them it's coming but you can't also you can't send packages either . Not really sure what they do but you can take the customer care out of the posting !!
If you need to talk to a UPS employee try between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. The employees that work here are drivers. If you need to send a package, take it wrapped and labeled to Sports World. I appreciate that the drivers know my name and can get a package to me even if the address isn’t correct!
Take me calling 3 before the delivered the label and they lost my package after that.
The service that you get now is ridiculous....packages that are supposedly "delivered to door" are no where to be found....good example, my sons debit card was supposed to be delivered by express mail...they said it was left at door, but I have three dogs that run outside so I doubt that they would even open the gate. Try to call the local number and it is no longer in service....big surprise there. I am only give one star because you can't leave it blank.....
Half the time package goes to wrong address. No Customer service. 800 number kindly says "sooorry" we know nothing and are unable to contact office or drivers. Pay for overnight to get it in 3 days. When package arrives there's usually holes in the box that looks like its been run over by a truck. Worst shipping service in the valley.
No entrance for public. Not a ups store.
