We had just purchased a bus, they gave us plenty of time and did a fantastic job trying to locate the issue causing the symptom we described. They said it was very tight but allocated as much time to our vehicle as they could and worked off their feet to try and get it sorted for us, despite us dropping in on the off-chance.
