Had this estate agent around about selling my house, they came and I gave my card details and was told the 135.00 for the marketing pack would not come out until the photos were planned. I then decided two days later to not go on the market with them as I wanted to stay with my current estate agents. To my annoyance the 135.00 had already been taken from my bank and that was at least 4 days before the photos were planned. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. I have called the Ely branch at least 9 times and no one has ever called me back with an update. I am still waiting for my money and have now logged an official complaint. W H Brown customer services even called me yesterday to ask why I was not selling with them I told the lady of my refund issue and she said she would look into it and come back to me and guess what no one called! I have been told by Ely branch that my refund has been fast tracked at last twice in last week and half and I am still waiting. How can they take my money on the wrong day and so quickly but take so long to give it back, during these times money is needed and I just want my money back. I am very unimpressed and would definitely not recommend W H Brown Ely Branch. I did inform them that I would be writing this review to warn others and nothing was done about that either.

Absolutely fantastic service, so on the ball and no messing about like I've had from other agents , very pleased so far just hope they can sell our home for us , im impressed at moment customer service is very good

They were all very helpful,when ever we had a problem we just go in into the office,and they all ready to help us,from starting to sell our home,and buy our new home, they was always there for us,if you want to sell your home these are the people to use,they did us proud
