They used to be on the top, but in recent years their quality has been slipping. Also, their employees regularly trespass on other companies property in order to smoke, because Invacare doesn't have a smoking area of their own.

I ordered a Carroll cs7 bed with rails for my severely handicapped son, who his also epileptic, from cascade medical, unbeknow to me the rail does not move up with the bed. I requested an exchange fo another bed the g series and was informed by invacare customer service rep and cascade rep that I needed to pay a 25 percent restocking fee and have the original boxes the items came in . Since i had neither I was told that the cannot accept item . I thought the safety of the client was more important but I guess wrong. I have been informed by the rep at cascade medical that the best thing to do is to try and sell the bed. This while my son's safety is in jeopardy. I always thought highly of invacare now I will not purchase anymore invacare product

Got the Pronto chair and it's the worst chair I've had. It won't go in a straight line...it constantly pulls to the right. The large front wheels spin and will smash you're foot if you're not careful, they also catch on everything. None of the screws stay tight even though I've used loctite on all of them... so the seat wobbles as well as the arm rests, making it even harder to maneuver. The rubber is peeling off the arm rests and the chair is only a year old. My 16 year old Pride chair is in much better shape and still works better.
