We have been clients of Elysian Auto for about 5 years now. Being a family with four vehicles, two of them driven by teenagers, maintenance and repairs have been a must for us. Elysian Auto has always done great work! Great to have such a professional auto service right here in our little home town!

Amazing service. Out-of-this-world, could-not-be-better customer service. They went way beyond and above anything I was expecting. They gave me a loaner car, did a full diagnostic, recommended repairs with an urgency rating system, fixed my issue in record time, made special pick up arrangements with me, cleaned my car (which I was not expecting at all), and gave me a holiday gift. The customer service was unbelievable, and the work was done right.
Very friendly and accommodating! Lobby is really nice and they also offer loaner vehicles while yours is getting worked on. I can schedule visits via text and they send complete diagnostics via texts as well not to mention they gave me a nice Christmas gift with a 25 chip to use for my next visit. They work with Wheels for company fleet vehicles too.
By far one of the best shops we have ever been to. Great people and great service. We will not bring our vehicles anywhere else. They earned our trust very quickly and do a tremendous job from start to finish. My wife and I highly recommend that anyone around Elysian/waterville area give this shop a try next time they need vehicle work done, you will not be disappointed.
The people at Elysian Auto Service are fantastic. Polite, courteous, and thorough. I have taken vehicles to them that had problems others could not fix and they knew what to do. They also send you coupons for service and are upfront about everything. Good, ethical service.
