I have no idea where to start with how bad this business is. Their customer service is beyond the pale of horrible. I brought an item in to be embroidered with a name and a date. I paid a deposit, and filled in the paperwork. I double checked the name and the date. When the blanket was given to me (a week late, by the way, because the EMBROIDERER was on vacation....at a business....called Emroidme??), I was in such a rush that I didn't even look at it. I paid the rest of the fee, so the total paid was 53. I gave it the person whose gift it was, when we both realized the name was SPELLED wrong.
I brought the blanket back. They first gave me a hard time. They said I must have done it wrong on the paperwork I said, no, I didn't. Finally, after some back and forth, the store checked the paperwork, and realized it was THEIR mistake. Then, no apology. No offer to fix it. I said, You need to fix this for free. They said, they cannot fix embroidery, but can embroider another item for free. So I (probably stupidly) bought an exact copy of the item (for about 30 bucks) and brought it in, and had them re-do it. It took them a month to do it this time. When I came to pick it up, I asked for the refund on the first failed embroidery. They said the deposit and the fee were paid on two different cards. I didn't have both cards, so I said to put it all back on one card that I did have at the time. No, they can't do that. I guess that would be WAY too difficult, right? I said, okay, give me cash. No way, they can't do that either. Is there ANYTHING this store can do, other than be rude and screw up embroidery?
I still don't have my refund, I have to go back AGAIN a fourth time with both cards. They flat out refuse to refund the cost of the item they destroyed with incorrect embroidery.
Never, ever, ever, ever, ever will I use this store again. I tell everyone I meet never to use this store. Buyer beware -- they are rude, difficult, and arrogant.
