From having a really bad experience with other architects, telling us things were not possible and others not taking us seriously, we were put into contact with James from a friend, we emailed and he replied instantly and came to visit us. He listened to what ‘WE’ wanted for us and not for ease of his work and gave additional / better ideas that were much better than what we had in mind. I used Emerald Architectural Design for plans needed for a double storey side extension on my home, James was excellent and extremely professional. He offered great advice in terms of designs, was very thorough and put a lot of thought and care into what we required.
