It has been a pleasure dealing with Emerald Shores Realty. As a tenant our property manager, Tabitha, has been awesome. She is very responsive to include after hours. She is also very professional in her dealings with not only myself but the homeowner as well. We recently went through Hurricane Sally and the home I am renting sustained major damage. Tabitha was there the next day making her assessment and had the homeowner there the following day coordinating the recovery effort. Repairs began two days later! Her initiative ensured that I was able to get back to normal as soon as possible. If you are in the market for a rental in this area, I would recommend Emerald Shores Realty without hesitation.
