Had the worst experience here. I rushed my mom to the ER due to shortness of breath per recommendations of her surgeon (1 day post operation). They made us sit outside (literally- my mom was in a wheelchair) at the ambulance entrance for over 20 minutes. Telephonically, the nurse kept asking my mother questions about her symptoms. My mother was hoarse due to the procedure, the windy was extremely high, and she was having difficulty breathing so the nurse couldn't hear her. I attempted to assist with the questions but the nurse refused my help and stated someone would come out to get her shortly they were getting the room ready but i couldn't join her due to she was having COVID- like symptoms. We waited another 10 minutes no nurse or medical professional ever laid eyes on my mother to evaluate her in the 30 minutes we sat outside as she was still complaining of shortness of breath. Needless to say we left. I totally understand being cautious during these unprecedented times; however, this was uncalled for. As a medical professional this was very difficult for me to witness. This type of care goes against everything I was taught. I pray no one else has to endure this type of treatment and the facility re-eval their processes and procedures with handling such situations.

Worst service. They missed that I had a fractured bone in my xray, which I found out later with a follow up xray ordered through my general physician after a month of pain after an accident. This led to billing issues and multiple back and forths between me my insurance and this hospital. They were also inexperienced with wound care and I cleaned my wound myself after the nurse on staff couldn't handle it, so I paid to clean my own wound. I literally picked rocks out of my leg myself. I will never go here again and feel I must encourage others to look elsewhere if they need an ER for a possible fractured bone or serious injury. Expect an absolute billing nightmare because of their incompetence as well. There is better care out there, I recommend traveling the extra distance if you can. If I can help one person make a better decision than I did, this was worth it to leave this review. I will say that everyone was friendly and courteous. That doesn't really matter though if they can't treat or diagnose an injury correctly. The whole experience really just makes me want to try to fix things myself and not even attempt to get care for injuries in the future, which is not good.

This is the most friendliest, polite, courteous, offering, patient, professional, caring and kind ER I have ever visited. Everyone that came in introduced themselves, each one that did come in asked if I needed anything. They explained in detail what they were doing. Even offered me hot sheets because I was cold. You'll get treated right away and they will assign a room to you afterward in no time if additional observation or hospitalization is required. The doctors and nurses are very competent and made me feel completely at easeYOU ALL ROCK! THANK YOU ALL! The owner has to be proud.

I went into the ER for drug related chest pains. Any time I have done in this in the past I've been treated with the whole \you did it to yourself\ attitude. I expected to receive the same treatment here but was amazed at how caring the whole staff was. They didn't make me feel judged at all and were quick to make me their top priority. I'm glad I chose this ER because even 2 days later I'm waking up with their impression still in my heart. I have no doubts that they handle every patient with care.

I decided to cut my thumb in half on a table saw to see what was inside of the skin. After cutting a little deep I needed to go to the ER. This was probably the most professional, organized, and courteous emergency room I’ve ever been to. They had my in and out within an hour.
