Thank you for providing a good experience for us. Every person we interacted with... Nurses, Doctor, x-ray tech, staff, were both pleasant and professional during our visit. It was a weekend night and we were told they were busy with only two nurses working, but we experienced very personalized care, and medical staff took the time to ask very detailed questions to help solve the problem, and explain/discuss our concerns. Please, if possible, relay my gratitude to all of the staff present while we were there.

We will never be coming back to this disgrace of a place. We have been there 5 times in two weeks. Every time we have been there, my wife has been diagnosed with something different and was told the previous diagnoses from their own doctors was incorrect. The last time she went in they didn’t even help her manage the pain and discharged her. Then a nurse forced my wife to go outside in the cold and dark for over 20 min until I could get there and pick her up. Very disappointed and disgusted with this place. Highly advice not to go here.

The first time we went to this facility, they were very attentive, took all precautions necessary, and provided the necessary care in a timely manner. The second time we were there, they were happy to cut corners in any way, did not provide a comprehensive emergency level care, made poor recommendations, and we needed to seek help elsewhere for a life threatening emergency. In our families experience, it all depends on your insurance with the level of care you will receive here. Do not go here if you are not in network. Save the valuable time if you need a good response team and go to Mercy Gilbert.

Wouldn't covid test wife when she came in for her eye, and body pains. Turns out conjunctivitis is a precursor but they didn't see it that way. Great job guys.

Their staff really made me feel calm and welcome. Very attentive nurses; doctor very cordial. I had to have several tests through the Emergency Room at 9 PM. They were all very organized. Positive attitudes. Just friendly enough without being intrusive. Very pleasant experience. I would certainly recommend this facility for your health needs.
