I have lived about 15 minutes away from this location and there is no place I’d rather go. They always take care of me each time I have ever had an issue. The facility is clean and the staff is very professional. I have seen a lot of negative complaints about wait time but, I came here today they took me in within 10 minutes. I believe we all need to keep in mind the time of day and the pressures of dealing with this pandemic. I highly recommend this location to all my family and friends.

Got referred here by urgent care I went to!! big mistake I was there being only a couple hours for a migraine the lady tht came in Nd spoke with us said my bill was a little over 700 received my bill for over 4 grand I would have just went to thunderbird hospital.... cost was suppose to be the whole reason the urgent care worker referred me there considering I had no insurance. Wish I never made the mistake of stepping through those doors

I got reffered here by the Veterans Administration hospital for pain treatment on a visible injury for pain control prior to surgery. My doctor was one of those insuferable cowards that literally only shows up to collect a check. I wasn't there for some minor pain but for an injury so severe it requires surgery. This worthless doctor may as well have been a plumber in scrubs. He did the same lazy treatment every last in class doctor gives for anything, a completely unneccessary prescription of anti-biotics and a PRESCRIPTION for household MOTRIN. He basically just prescribed me an errand to run. I had to go BACK to the downtown VA (which is rated worst VA Hospital in the entire nation) to get actual treatment. That's right Dignity Health... you're being one up'd by one of the worst hospitals in the country. I'll NEVER go back. Oh, and hey Doc, if you are too afraid to prescribe medication, maybe you picked the wrong profession. Giving someone a prescription for an otc is just you being a condescending A-hole. 22 veterans commit suicide everyday because of worthless \medical professionals\ like you. Thanks for nothing you cash grabbing fake hospital.

The worst ER I have ever seen. Lazy unattentive staff, They don't care about customer service, extremely dirty, blood was all over the waiting room floor, no one cared to clean it up after 3 hours. My room had trash everywhere. Had to go back the next night. As they failed at providing basic care for my issue. Released with extremely high blood pressure. No documention of what they gave me or what they did. Not even my vitals. I would strong recommend not using this facility. Updated, two months now. No contact from Dignity, even though the robot below has exchanged emails. She doesn't work directly for them. Shes a PR person. Don't believe a word this place says.

Absolutely no compassion from the doctors nurses or staff I was seen Christmas Eve and given prescriptions that they knew I could not fill but they could not help me with anything to get me through until I could get to a pharmacy that was open after Christmas. They did nothing to help me exit the building to put my sock back onto my injured foot nothing absolutely don't go here i have NEVER been treated so poorly
