Do not recommend. Go somewhere else. Walked in at 5 am, not a soul in the room, and you'd have thought we ruined the whole shift. Won't check for covid. Doctor didn't even know he was talking to a minor until he told me they can't have visitors and asked who I was and then decided to see how old my daughter was.

This place is fast but beware the front office staff. Should have walked out as soon as I was greeted. It was made quite clear to me that I needed this specific information and before I could get it I was called back. I said I needed to finish first but I was told not to worry about it I could fill it out in the back. Well when I was unable to provide all required information I went beck up to the staff to say I didn’t have this and so I would leave but I was told I would be billed regardless. When I asked how much I was told that would be the billing department. They had done nothing so I don’t know what the bill would even be for. Bottom line this visit was not worth the aggravation the staff caused me, plus they did the absolute minimum as far as medical care. I wouldn’t choose to go there again. I did have a great experience here almost three years ago I have no idea what changed but my experience this time was the complete opposite .

I wouldn't recommend this location for care. I went back in September because I had a small breakout on my leg. The staff that answers the phone and sits at the desk isn't very friendly. I was there for less than 30 minutes, over 20 minutes was filling out the paperwork. Dr. Wilde came into the room and looked at my leg. He stated he didn't know what it was, he didn't think it's shingles but he was going to prescribe me something for shingles. Which didn't make sense at all. He was in the room with me not even 3 minutes. The nurse came back with 2 prescriptions. I was given a bill for 1101 and told it was a ough estimate\. I received a bill a few weeks later for 2931. It didn't have a breakdown because they didn't do anything. It just states \emergency room\ on the bill. This is my first hospital bill ever looking like this. I didn't know my insurance had kicked in and called to tell them. The woman in billing was extremely rude. My insurance covered most of it and I owe them 400. Then, I received another bill from TEC AZ Physicians for 341. This is completely absurd. I've never been charged this much without having a test ran or services adhered. I didn't receive anything for my visit to cost over 3000. I've been wrestling with writing this review and this bill since I received it. I will be speaking to a higher up about this matter and asking for an appropriate breakdown of services because having a doctor use a glove, tell me he didn't know what it was and leave to write a prescription shouldn't cost over 3000.

Do not recommend going here. Even though everyone was friendly, doesn't make up for not sharing all diagnosed issues or lack of treatment. Took my husband in for kidney pain on right side in November. They did a CT Scan and said he had a 3mm kidney stone. Sent him home with meds and said follow up with urologist IF pain continues. Well husband passed stone a few days later and no more pain, no need for urologist per their instructions. So not even a month later and now pain in left side so back to ER where they did a scan again, told us he needs to be transferred and admitted to hospital for 8mm stone and told him his kidney was bad. Come to find out, that 8mm stone was there back in November and they never told us and no where in discharge paper did it state that. Only found out when we registered through their portal and was able to review records. Also when reading his records it said another 5mm stone existed in left kidney but again they never told us. All of my husband's pain he is going through now would have been avoided if they would have done something about it the first time. He may not have mentioned pain in the left kidney but if they are supposed to be the professionals, everyone knows you cannot pass an 8mm stone on your own and they should have treated him for it.....will never go there again and now we are going to get billed by them for something they should have treated the first visit.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. Not only does it feel like the staff doesn't care, it feels like they actively have disdain for their customers. We've spent more time on hold trying to get stuff like Covid results, than we spent at the hospital during our visit. If you can physically make it to another emergency room, I highly recommend doing so.
