From the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor and even the x ray guy that came in, I was taken very good care of. One of the better ER experiences I've had, thank you.

During my visit the receptionist at the front was very attentive and saw me as soon as she could in the order everyone arrived it. Since I had mentioned chest pain they gave me a EKG immediately to see if there was anything life threatening. After that I waited for a while and was seen by various nurses and doctors who all treated me very respectfully and made sure my comfort level was a priority. Even to the point of offering blankets or adjusting the temperature. While I was here I got some blood work and an x-ray. Both tests were handled really well and all the facilities were clean. When it came to discharge everything was handled inside the room and the receptionist was once again very respectful and explained some deposit charges I would see and the nurses explained what they did while I was there and I left with some documentation outlining the results.

This was my first experience at an ER. Check in was fast, and I was diagnosed promptly. Staff was very attentive! I ended up having gallstones, and everything was arranged for me to have surgery at their General Hospital in Mesa. Great staff and service in both places!

Currently at the emergency room seeking help for my niece! I would not come here unless it was an EMERGENCY. My niece is in pain & the lady at the front desk is extremely rude & has no bedside manner. She even had the audacity to make it seem like they were going to refuse to treat her. Every single question I asked was met with an ATTITUDE! Everyone else that I have been in contact with here has been extremely polite & helpful. That is the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars. Lady you are literally the first person people see when they walk into this establishment which means you set the tone for this place. I understand that this is a stressful time for everyone but her attitude was UNACCEPTABLE.
