Excellent care in labor & Delivery and mom baby! We couldn't be more happy with the care we received during the delivery of our 2nd child. Staff were knowledgeable and caring. Everyone was helpful and thorough down to the cleaning staff. I would highly recommend! Jaime was an amazing nurse! Her and Erin worked together amazingly once baby was born! The lactation consultant, Sharon, was helpful and caring!

I unfortunately had to head to an ER close to me this past weekend. I arrived early Saturday morning and had the best experience from start to finish. All of the doctors, nurses, and staff that I had to come into contact with were caring, kind and professional. A huge heartfelt shoutout to Emily, Victoria, Greg, Carmen (?) and Dr. Burns and the anesthesiologist that had to attend to me for an emergency surgery. Victoria was exceptionally caring and took into account that I had major anxiety issues because of the pain. I never felt like an inconvenience and they attended to all of my medical and emotional needs. Thank you to the staff that took such great care of me. I never expected to have to go to an emergency room but I'm glad I ended up with this facility.
Best hospital and experience I've had. Hospitals are never fun but the nurses and doctors here in the maternity ward were so amazing and good to us. I wouldn't recommend dealing with the nurse \Paula\ though. I was having blood clots during labor and she kept insisting that it was just normal \bloody show\ and ignored it. Thank God shift change started! Besides that, I love this place. Their cafeteria food is also soooo good!:)
I have always loved this hospital. I was very unhappy with outcome of my ER visit today. Dr. Ryan Adkins DO (who has only been license since 8/31/2020) wrote up all kinds of misinformation on my Clinical History Technique. Even the reason my doctor sent me there was not correct. I was sent home with no new information . I probably will not return to this ER.
I was admitted to Mercy's ER last night due to a severe allergic reaction. I hadn't been to the ER since I was a toddler, and was extremely anxious. The staff was wonderful, and did their best to keep myself and my partner at ease. I appreciated that they ran several tests to rule anything non-allergy related out (including COVID). Thank you Nurse Allison and everyone else who assisted!
