I called and spoke with the office knowing our sweet girl was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. It was late Friday evening and I have never had to do this before. The staff on the phone was polite, caring and answered my questions with compassion. Once arriving there after driving 30 minutes, they were amazing. They walked my kids and I through the process. They were understanding, caring, professional and even helped us with our weird request. Thank you for helping us through this process.

I had to take my 9-year-old rabbit to these folks for a medical emergency and ended up having to send him back “home.” I thought they were extraordinarily professional, understanding, flexible, accommodating and respectful. Please take it from me that when these sorts of things happen, it's not about the price and it's not even about anything besides the respect and care and understanding these professionals provide. I am thankful that his last day on the planet was spent with his family and with these fine people. Thank you for doing your best for my precious little one.

My orange tabby Oliver managed to swallow some ribbons causing an obstruction and even tho I live an hour away I decided this would be the best place for him to go. Let me say that was the best decision I could of made for my cat not only were they patient and courteous with amount of phone calls I made (about 10) but the doctor couldn’t of been any more informative giving us updates through out the night on his surgery. I am beyond impressed and if I ever have an emergency with one of my cats I’m coming here and would recommend this place to anyone Thank you guys!!

This is your best option for 24 hour emergency vet care in the Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. I can't thank the staff enough for being so kind and professional. This is the second time I have taken my cat to this location. My cat had circulation in her leg restricted from a bandage left on too long. The staff got my information while I was sobbing and blubbering. It was a five hour wait from when we arrived to when we left. I was patient as they were busy and they triaged. The long wait was a good sign that she didn't need to urgently be seen. I was so ready for the vet bill to be hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars, but it less than a couple hundred, as if it was just a day clinic I'd walked into. They were so understanding and straight forward. Amber is back home, sleeping on the heat register. Hopefully she recovers well, in the meantime, I cannot recommend this vet enough, far more than I could ever speak to AAAH (overpriced and rude) and BluePearl. If you are having an emergency and are reading this, trying to decide where to go, please, please go here for your pet, even if the drive is a little farther, it is worth it.
