I’m a member and often come here. I enjoy coming to this location. Location is convenient and accessible with plenty of parking. Staff is very friendly and cater to my needs. Place appears to be clean. Jack is an excellent masseuse who focuses on my needs on every visit and problem areas. Good communicator and very friendly. I recommend coming here.

I was very excited for my hour massage as it is not something I do often - the spa was clean and organized. However, the massage was less than average. The masseuse while very friendly, spent more time going back and forth to the sink than on the actual massage. She also forgot the massage oil before beginning and had to leave the room. The massage quality itself was also poor. It felt very rushed and not relaxing and after starting late, ended a bit early. I also missed the calming experience often given before the massage, being offered at least some water or asking if I had to use the restroom beforehand. When asked at the front how my experience was, I politely said it was okay - to which no follow up ensued. There was also an issue with issuing me a refund for my tip as my boyfriend unbeknownst to me, paid the tip in cash. I unfortunately will not be returning.

I expect a lot better. I felt a crook in my neck that I felt caused a headache I couldn't get rid of with Tylenol, so I knew I needed a massage. Hackensack location was booked so I went to Emerson location. The masseuse was kind and polite but did not focus on the task at hand. That made me wonder if she ever look at my profile? And even if she didn't, I feel I was very vocal letting her know I had a headache and tension in my shoulders and back. I ask for a firm massage which I did not get. I feel like I left the same way I went in which was a waste of money for me which made me not want to sign up for the membership as I intended. Checking out they did ask how was the service so that was my chance to speak up but not wanting to cause the masseuse any trouble. They did offer for me to come back and get the service at the same introductory rate which is 74 that I'd have to spend again just to give them a second chance when that could have gone to the facial service I was planning on getting. When my boyfriend rubbed my neck the headache went away. I'm really not sure if ill be going back.

The process with Covid is very easy. You complete a survey online and when you enter the building they give you a fresh clean mask to use during your massage. Wait time is minimal before being brought into your room. For the price it’s worth it, I do however wish the rooms were a little more “zen” lower music, lights, scents etc.

My husband and I are both members! Location feels clean, staff is overly friendly and cater to your needs. Andre is fantastic and really works problematic areas. Highly recommend this location!
