They had posted a 2 bedroom for rent on Zillow for 1600. I called them to inquire about the rental and they literally laughed at me when I asked about the apartment that THEY posted. They then asked if I would be interested in something else, and I said sure and they offered me an apartment for 2600. Blatant bait and switch tactics while be condescending at the same time.

Philip and his crew are all really good at running this complex. Always friendly and maintenance does a really good job of getting things fix ASAP.

My partner and I came back from a two-week vacation and found that our rented apartment was broken into during our time away. There are lots of damage marks on the bottom of all the walls inside the apartment and the whole bathroom is left with only a toilet, the wall adjacent to the hallway is removed and the bath tub is left on the living room. Also, most of our stuff has been moved. The apartment is completely unlivable. The property management told us they entered our apartment to check whether there was roof leakage. But they did not give us any notice either email or text message about what they were going to do to our apartment and our belongings. We got evidence that there are several times of illegal access to our apartment and loss of property. The apartment management refuse to compensate anything or give our rent back even they know its not livable.
