I was very disappointed by my experience in this store with just one person. When I walked in I was well received by a wonderful person what I remembered about her was her long nails( green) told her what I needed and she was very helped full by telling me what to do, as I was looking around for a bra another associate approach me asking me if I needed help, I said yes. Told her what I needed she then gave me a bra that I did not want tried to force me to buy it then told me the bra she suggested to me made me look 10 times younger and she was 50 and the bra I was wearing made me look old. I felt very insulted . My experience at this store just because of this associate was very stressful. She was a white woman. Everyone else was very nice and friendly. I am sorry that I have respond in this fashion but felt very insulted and stressed.

Service at this store is phenomenal, defenetly coming back !
The associates were warm, helpful and accommodating! The store was festive and the music holiday appropriate. I especially appreciated their greetings of "Happy Holidays" instead of Merry Christmas. Thank you for this!
Sadly it's closing. Everything is 60% off though. This location never had the "good" stuff anyway.
Very bad experience the cashier very racist Those types of people do not serve the business instead of giving more customers to the company. Otherwise they lose customers day by day. We pays for a product and service that is not cheap for such bad treatment. (This employee does not realize that thanks to what one buys she receives her salary and has a job)
Updated 6/17/2019: I order my bras online and pick up in store. They always seem to find the meanest, rudest store managers who seem to bark out orders and serve no other purpose. I usually pray prior to opening the door that I do not catch a case behind a nasty attitude. I hate this location but it's the closest for a pick up. I walk in and bite my lip. They NEVER call for pick ups like it's my responsibility as a customer to manage the process. 10 months ago: The customer service has suffered over the years. Certain staff like to tell you what you can't do during sales or promos. The point is to sale, correct? You didn't make a sale if I walk out due to your attitude with all my and an item bag. Let's consider that, please.
I’ve been a loyal Lane Bryant customer for many years. I’ve had 2 experiences in this Lane Bryant store that have been very unpleasant. I was totally ignored twice although I was in the store for a long time. No hellos or asking to be of service.a woman was putting away clothes for the whole time I was there and totally ignored my presence. In fact.... I walked right by her.I was wanting each time to spend a good amount on several items. I’ve been in the service business myself for 40 years so I am understanding of the complexities. No excuse for this. I am shopping elsewhere now. Avenue and Catherines are my new shopping choices now. In my business I practiced “The customer always comes first” and this even means a hello that acknowledges that one appreciates the customer choosing you because there is so much competition now especially. I was very disappointed. My impression has been made. When a customer is unhappy they tell at least 8 people their unhappy experience.
Men if you have a plus-size wife find a seat and being comfortable because is probably one of the few places your wife or significant other is going to find fashionable clothing that's going to fit them. The staff was exceptional and my wife found what she was looking for
