Ben helped me with my contact lens prescription. This was my first time ordering them so I had a lot of questions and I was grateful for his knowledge and kindness throughout the process. I don't normally recommend LensCrafters, but Ben was so great that I felt compelled to write a review. -My husband (written on my account)

Last month I have been to this place on two occasions. Their customer service is horrible with unfit sales crew. I was there for glasses. When we entered the store one sales girl named Crystal came to us, she took our prescription and told us to wait. Then she served the customer who came after us and the whole time we were waiting without help. After 15 minutes or so she was done with the customer and came to us. I asked her where is our prescription? I noticed she gave our prescription to another CSR and totally forgot about it. Finally she got our prescription from the other guy and we received our service. Couple of weeks later I went there for glasses, and this time it took them more than 14 days to deliver. I called couple of times, they could not tell me when it will be ready.
I had my own prescription and was in need of frames and lenses. The sales associate was very patient and helpful. I really appreciated the professionalism and courtesy.
Extremely friendly staff. Dr. Hale is very personable. Great selection of eye wear and very clean and light store.
Service provided by an Asian guy in store today is unacceptable. 'no courtesy and rude'. Will never return.
I just needed to run in and find a pair of dark shades for my brother who suffered a severe concussion recently. I was politely greeted at the door by a very friendly salesperson who let me in and explained that anything that I touched I would need to place on a tray and not back on the display, no problem. I start to look around and another employee who I'm assuming was the manager, a heavy set Asian woman, stops me and tells me that they are only allowing people in the store who have prescriptions.... Okay fine, then why was I allowed to enter the store in the first place? I guess they don't like money... I get things are tough with covid but there are businesses that are fighting to stay open and here this one is turning people away... Good luck I won't be back.
We have our eye check up appointment today and were filling out the form. The moment I submitted the form, I asked the receptionist if I could use their rest room because I really need to go but she refused to let me use their rest room instead she want me to go out to the store to have me pee there. I am not even familiar to that store that she’s suppose me to go. As a customer, I should be given an opportunity to use the rest room. I will give this branch a poor or bad customer service. I will never recommend to anybody including friends and family.
This is the first negative review I have ever made on any company ,so this is pretty bad . I purchased prescription glasses and after about 6 months , the lens got spots on them . I took them back and they replaced them . Another 6 months pass ,and the same thing happens . I go in and they tell me I am not cleaning them properly . I have wore prescription glasses for over 30 yrs ; I think I know how to clean glasses properly ; I feel it was a defect in the lens/ product they used . (Mind you ,these glasses cost over 500). They take them a 2nd time , yet this time they have to ship them out due to COVID so no glasses for two weeks . Luckily I saved an old pair .After two weeks , I had to call them to see if they were on ,which they were . I will NEVER use LensCrafters again . THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND ACCOMMODATING .Their products suck .
