This review is for Thanksgiving dinner 2014. Harris' gets quite the crowd for Thanksgiving. I drove by around 0300PM and there was a line around the block waiting for the doors to open at 330. I had a 0400PM reservation for my family and when we arrived at the restaurant the bar and dining rooms were filled nearly to capacity. The packed-house vibe made for a festive Thanksgiving meal.

They have a great selection of toppings, allow you to choose from favorite combos or create a pizza of your own. Their customer service also is great and they offer reasonable prices.

Bourbon Steak is no Mastro's.. But it will do given the location. FINALLY a classy restaurant with great ambiance in the Glendale area. It's like getting Beverly Hills treatment without the traffic/drive/and parking. GIven I came as they were still new, surely you can count on them to make mistakes. Lots of mistakes actually... 1) waited 40 minutes for our steaks 2) undercooked steak 3) overcharged on bill 4) overcharged AGAIN on bill

I ordered a pizza with all the extras at the store. 20 min wait. OK. The pizza was good but something with the dough needs a little fix. It looks like it's baked enough, but it also doesn't seem to be. From 1 to 10 I give 7.

Had an Awful experience at this branch multiple times. Last time, I ordered a deep dish and they literally gave me two round pizzas in the deep dish box. When I told the customer service rep, he brought out the manager who argued ‘it’s not supposed to be picture perfect’. I told her I’ve ordered a deep dish plethora of times before, especially at this same branch, and know the difference in crust, shape, and thickness of a deep dish. She told me to wait saying she’ll make a new one for me. Came back 15 minutes later with a new pizza that looked exactly like the old one with burnt edges and hardened crust. She promised it was new but I’m 80% sure they reheated the old one. Didn’t argue, left with it and will not go back there.
