Well this site is closing, that's that. Re: overall experience and customer service, that's something else entirely. Let's face it, customer service skills training and supervision is faltering. Why? Interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively, respectfully, communicate with another human being is becoming a thing of the past. It's rare to get a "hello, have a nice day, how are you, thank you, you're welcome, I'll assist you, thank you for waiting" these days. Aww ce la vie
I have a pet sitting business & take my trips seriously. So Petco’s parking lot at this location is ideal. I also appreciate their communication when I called with questions. Either way, my pets walked away de-furred, nails done, and glands squeezed. They LOVED their makeovers:-)
This place is 5 star. I come in here with my Siberian Husky just to visit and walk the isles I love this place so much. Every staff member is incredibly helpful and Thoroughly helpful. Each instant Ive ever had to ask for help ranging from the trivial to the detailed they have exceeded my expectations. I wish I could recall names to thank them here and to let management know their most charming employees. Nonetheless, when you come to this particular location - be assured you are in good hands.
Groomers can’t groom. Taken Small dog there for over 7 years. They use to do a good job. Now the grooming of small dog cost over 70.00 and they tend to only trim half of dog. Never on time when you pick them up and still check groomed dog to check that all was done. When prices were lower they did better job.
Loved coming here! Convenient, friendly and plenty of options! Just sad that they are closing...
