I have been in contact over the last few months with Emma and she has helped me with self confidence, self worth, sleep and anxiety. I had tried CBT training a few years back and the techniques I had previously found helpful no longer worked for me. I cannot quite believe the personal transformation she has helped me with and still everyday am surprised and shocked at how for years I have put up with sleepless nights and huge anxiety attacks. Emma explained the process from start to finish very well, putting me at ease with it all from the initial consultation. Emma is very easy to talk to and professional at all times. I cant thank Emma enough for the journey she has supported me on to be more confident and happy in life also removing all feelings and thoughts of anxiety.
