I have 2 issues with this business. First and foremost, providing my dogs Easy Cheese (squeeze cheese), or any product like this, without my consent is unacceptable. However, since COVID struck, I am unable to monitor my pets engagement with the staff within the facility. Finding out retroactively is infuriating. Second, and probably just as important, is the total lack of professionalism delivered from the receptionist, or whoever answers their phones. She offered her negative opinion on our pet's situation, without understanding the circumstances, and I can only assume not being clinically certified. Hence why we are leaving this provider...which probably didn't need to be explained.

I am always happy with Dr. Obenrader and the staff at Emmaus Animal Hospital. Dr. O. is knowledgeable, thorough, and very compassionate. I highly recommend them!

This veterinary clinic is truly amazing. Everyone from the office staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians are so kind and genuinely care about you and your pets. They never push you into expensive treatment plans but instead listen to you and give you options along with knowledgeable advice. I cannot recommend them enough!
