No real complaints... their attention to detail with the apartment complex we are in is evident. In the first two months I've had a couple maintenance requests and it was always done the very next day.

Dislike our apartment. Heat doesn't work in some of the rooms. Unfair that everyone else has light fixtures in their bedrooms but we have no light fixtures in our bedrooms. Bathroom window doesn't even lock properly.

I have worked with several other rental management companies in the past and Emmerich has been by far the best. All of their service staff in the wausau area are kind, caring, concerned about your wellbeing, and address any issues as positively as possible. I have not had to wait for any service requests, people are always accessible even at night and weekends, and the rent is reasonable. Moving to Seattle, WA otherwise we would continue to rent from them.
