I have known Alexandria Kincaid since 1995 when we attended law school together. Alexandria proved herself to be resourceful, resilient and determined while attending law school. Following law school, she became a deputy district attorney and then the voters in Curry County elected her to be district attorney within an unbelievably short period of time as she had proven her worth to the County. Alexandria continued to be resourceful, resilient and determined when she opened her private law practice in Oregon and became well respected in Curry and Coos County as a family law and estate planning attorney. Ultimately, about the time she relocated to Idaho, she also became the \go-to\ authority on gun trusts, 2nd amendment rights and asset protection through solid estate planning. I have spoken with other Idaho attorneys who know and work with her and they share my opinion that Alexandria Kincaid is professional, driven, principled, and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Alex Kincaid a former elected District Attorney did an excellent job on our gun trust and help with our financial estate planning... Alex and her staff are extremely focused, and attentive. They LISTENED to me when I had questions or comments, and responded in every instance. Together we were able to accomplish my goals, and then some. Alex Kincaid Law EXCEEDED my expectations, and even after my case was resolved with positive results, they continue to respond to my inquiries. Not all of my experiences with Legal teams have been positive. I am in fact apprehensive about such interactions. Although I hope to never need Legal aid again, I look forward to any such activities with Alex and her Team. And they are a Team!!
