I've known Brooks for 5 years and have exclusively used his shop to keep my 2 cars in perfect operating condition. His team of mechanics are well trained and perform expert repairs and diagnostics. Service rates are honest and highly competitive with other shops. Repairs are completed in a timely manner making your wait time a breeze. The customer waiting area is clean and well kept with comfortable lounge chairs. If that isn't enough, Brooks provides free coffee, cold beverages and snacks. Take it from me, once you experience the premier customer service by having your car serviced at Empire Auto, you will never use another repair shop again.....

I was losing tire pressure in one of my tires so I took it in to Empire Auto to have them pull the tire. Low and behold, there was a nail in the tire that they removed and gave me some peace of mind to get me back on the road safely. The service guys were great, efficient and the price was reasonable. I have used Empire in the past for tire work and oil changes and they are great. I would highly recommend.

Normally I go to Tires Plus but they weren’t able to figure out what was wrong with my AC. I decided to try Empire and was pleasantly surprised. It’s super clean and nice inside. I was able to set up my laptop and work for a bit while I waited. They offered free soda, water, coffee. They were very professional. They thanks me for my business multiple times. Thai is definitely a place I’d go back again the next time I need an oil change. When they figured out what was wrong with my AC they took me out to my car and showed me what the problem was. I normally wouldn’t write reviews but I was so happy with the service that I’m happy to take the time to write a review.

I’ve taken both of my cars here. Had work done on both Lincoln and Ford. Great work both times at very reasonable prices and were finished on time! Best thing about this place is I’ve asked on several occasions if I needed brakes because I thought they felt strange, most places would tell you you need brakes. They simply check them out and said they were fine and then one occasion they found a small stone that was causing the noise. Very nice atmosphere if you have to stay and wait for your car, coffee and refreshment drinks available, very clean seating area and waiting room. If you need quality work at a quality price, stop by Empire, I’m sure you’ll be as happy as I am.
