Our ski day with Jones Pass Guides was amazing and far surpassed our expectations. From the very beginning the guides were extremely helpful in preparing us for our first back county experience. We were provided with training and then hit the snow. The varying terrain was incredible (bowls, glades,etc.) and Jones Pass is a beautiful area with incredible views. Our cat driver took us to fresh powder every run and our guides showed us amazing places to ski all day long. We had the best ski day of our lives. You don’t want to miss out on this experience with a great crew and location!

Jones Pass Guides is a 10 out of 10! I can not say enough about this operation - highly professional in all aspects, unbelievable terrain, delicious lunch, and extremely knowledgeable and safe. If you can ski a black diamond on a ski mountain, you are good to go. This was my wife and I's first time Cat Skiing, and they couldn't have done a better job walking us through safety, the terrain, and ultimately, the powdery runs. The guides are all incredible, including the owner Ehren who is as good as it gets. The photographer \Skinner\ is also incredible and captures it all. I would not think twice about booking Jones Pass Guides. We will be back!!!
Awesome experience! Even though we didn't get to go on the highest steep stuff because of avalanche danger, the terrain was fabulous. Our guides were all super knowledgeable, super safe, and super fun to ski with. I definitely will do this again.
Great crew! We had a private CAT for the day, and all were a bit nervous about avalanche conditions and safety. The team was capable, professional, and fun. They made sure we were safe, and took every precaution keeping us out of danger. They day was amazing, and endless snow made things so much better. Never had skied untracked powder all day long, and these guys found untracked powder for us to ski ALL DAY LONG! Would definitely do this again, with the same crew!
This was my first experience cat skiing in the backcountry -- in a particularly challenging season for CO. I was extremely nervous going into the day, but immediately felt at ease when meeting \the crew\ - Ehren, Danny, Skinner and Husky. The Jones Pass guides were incredibly professional, avalanche intelligent, always safety before shred -- not to mention, they are beyond friendly and absolutely rock! My husband and I had a blast, hooting and hollering down the powder under blue-bird skies and pristine surroundings the entire time. The lunch served was seriously one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, with chips snacks, and an awesome cookie to boot! 10 / 10 for Jones Pass cat-skiing, we will be back!
