I was having an issue with my water bill and noticed that it suddenly became much higher than normal for no reason. My wife suspected we might have a leak and so I called Just Leak Detection to see if they could find the source of the problem. They were able to come out the same day. The technician listened to what was going on and in less than an hour was able to find the source. They do wonderful work and i recommend this company.
Called Thursday morning because I had a leak that was running into the neighbors yard. Even though they had a full schedule for the next couple days Empire Leak Detection made an emergency trip to my home tracked down the leak and also discovered a valve box that I had been trying to track down for a long time. The technician Dale gave exceptional service. He was prompt, courteous and patient. He explained the issue and how to do the repair. I had a slab leak in my backyard and Dale maintained a clean and safe work area. I have and will continue to refer to all who need plumbing service.
I highly recommend this company! Their tech was very professional and on time. We had a leak or what they call a slab leak in our hall way, the leak was found quickly and had the problem repaired the same day. i had previously called other companies and they did not guarantee to find the leak and that there might be a small fee just to come out. I called Empire Leak Detection and they guaranteed to find the problem. I highly recommend them.
