Linda's very helpful. Storage units are practically brand new. So no worries. Prices are reasonable and fair. Great place to store your things. Short term or long term. Safe, secure and well lit. Gated with keypad entrance. I've rented here for a few years and have been extremely pleased. I definitely would highly recommend Empire Storage. I've tried the rest(Life Storage, Uncle Bob's, U-haul, Spencerport Storage, Linden Avenue Storage, Holt Road Storage, Pods etc) now try the best!! Only wish there were timer lights inside actually storage units.

Simply put, go find somewhere else to store your trailer/camper. It was made apparent to my wife and I by their staff that our business was not important to them. So, after one phone call to a competitor, we found an accommodating location and all is well.

We stored some items here short term. Units were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and it is gated and has cameras up. Pleasant place to store our stuff.
