Have to go through a lot of SOP just to be able to talk to the personnel station outside. While it is understandable during this pandemic, the process took quite a while

Too many people went there to get their E.P.F. for their financial security. So crowded with cars, no parking space. This has been going on since covid 19 appears! We went there for our Insurance renewal as the agent is nearby.

Busy confuse epf member with so many fill in the blanks of forms to be full up and I wonder2 why epf still need to ask member to fill up forms if we do have so call tech and WHAT WAS WAN ohhhh WAWASAN 2020 but still ️ and yah...hmmmmm

Apply for i-akaun..long queue but service quite smooth and fast..helpful staff
