Very Poor response. Big ZERO. No follow up or bother by any Senior Officials about working style of staff dealing with public. Issues remain pending for long time. Even grievances DECLRARED resolved or closed at their own end without any satisfaction, giving vague comments like forward to concerned section officer. After that no follow up/feedback. Sorry to say This is called Pure Government jobs without any fear, no responsibility/no answerability.

Super pathetic service, no response on customer care numbers provided by them no response on sms, no direct response on any query by regional office, website is also very slow it hangs like 90s computer systems, if there's a possibility of giving 0 star I should have gone for that, but as we all know on one is going to do correction since it's government department.... Prayers
