Been eating here for years, always great food and service. Had a problem with my drive thru order one time & made it known to the restaurant. Within minutes both the manager and the owner contacted me asking what they could do to make it right. Great management, you can tell that they try to instill great customer service in their employees. You won’t get that level of customer service from any other fast food chain in Emporia.

My husband and I like Bojangles as a treat when we take road trips. We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon in September 2020 and were very impressed with the customer service. The manager and the staff were helpful in making recommendations and sharing specials. The staff were also working hard to be sure tables were wiped down fully sanitized between customers. It was clear that there was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious as always with Bojangles.
I love Bojangles and go there every time I visit the South as there are none where I live. This is my first negative experience with food quality. I ordered a spicy chicken tender meal.The fries were hard and cold. I ordered spicy chicken fingers and they gave me the regular ones. They tasted fine but I wanted spicy. These too were cold. I was the most disappointed in the biscuit. It was flat, cold, and tasted horrible. I will not return to this particular Bojangles. I had to go back in line and try to get the order corrected. I was met with a less than professional attitude.
Had my first experience this past March! These are the best biscuits anywhere! I loved the southern chicken biscuit and add gravy! Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner! You won't be disappointed!
