Empower is the worst provider ever. They disconnected my AC services without any notification and imposed a penalty of AED 1,050 for re-connection. Just like that, out of blue. Customer Service department is useless, they just say is it their right under Dubai law to fine people as much as they want. Now I have to pay extra 1,050 to get my AC back in this heat, no other choice. It is an extortion.
