No choice of a competing service provider in Empower operated suburbs. Empower sets impractical disconnection policies, exorbitant re-connection charge. Sends contradicting due dates. Disconnects without warning, and charges AED 1050 to reconnect AC services. Empower do not make any courtesy calls to inform customer.
I have only one question and I hope I find someone answer it: apart from demand charges how come I got bill due with meter changes while I never turned it on in winter since two months???!!!!!!! Empower Thiefpowe
EMPOWER ARE THIEVES, EXPENSIVE SERVICE, BILL SHOWS CONSUMPTION IN WINTER WHEN AC HAS BEEN OFF AT ALL TIMES. WE NEED AN ALTERNATIVE
Simply avoid to get a rental apartment which is powered by Empower.
