Dear Mark, may we as the Hillman family thank you personally and your company for yesterday, for conducting the funeral of my brother Anthony Ronald Hillman, our sincere thanks from Tony's wife Christine and her family and from Tony's family from Stoke-on- Trent, I spoke to you Mark several times by phone, and may I say that the care and commitment in your voice, and me knowing that not only was my brother being looked after in the most professional way at this sad time, but also you looked after Tony's wife, with dignity, warmth, and total commitment in the way your company should be very, very proud indeed of the service you provided, and the huge stress you helped to ease, and the love you shared to every member of our family yesterday the 2nd of October 2019 at St Asaph crematorium, Christine and my self thank you Mark and your company from the bottom of our hearts and all family member's whom attended the funeral of Christine's husband and our brother Tony. from Mrs Christine Hillman and Mr Ron Hillman .
