24hr garage? 10.30pm my wife is pregnant and needed to use the loo, shutters down no one behind the counter.. when finally came out after about ten mins but the gormless assistant wouldnt let her in! be happy to sell you a muffin though. joke.

Men’s toilets are never cleaned properly. They stink. The right hand side hand dryer is broken(3 months now) Not acceptable. Close the shop,clean the loos properly and wash the floors.
Running out of diesel and they would not let my boss pay over the phone as in a work vehicle. I returned to vehicle it had ran out of fuel at pump they still would not allow over phone payment. I understand there are policies but when stranded you expect a bit of compassion and not a very unhelpful manager. The vehicle was left stranded at the pump.
Not that great of a service station. I don't know really what it is with the hot food but I remember the days when you used to order a cheese and bacon turnover and it was flakey pastry that just crumbled apart making a huge mess in ya car and your try your hardest to clean up all the bits in the car with your finger and a bit of spit before getting to work or home.. And being moaned at for a dirty car.. Now it's like a sloppy soggy school dinner.. Absolutely vile.
Great service area, especially M&S for everything you might need for your journey, even a coffee, takeaway or have in.
