Please accept our sincere apologies for the poor level of customer service that you received on your recent visit. All the events that you have described are completely unacceptable and we would like to apologise for these shortfalls. As a brand we expect high standards of customer service from all our team members, so we are extremely disappointed to receive your comments. Our customer's and team member's safety is of paramount importance and whilst we do have to ensure that we are following all Government and Brand guidelines regarding social distancing, the wearing of face coverings and track and trace, we do expect our team members to explain this to our customers in a professional and polite way, so it's disappointing to hear that this did not happen on this occasion and we are sorry to hear the team members did not allow you to stand with your support bubble. One of my favourite Costa in the area. It's very new so everywhere looks fresh and clean. Large and spacious with good seating toilet and baby change facilities. Service always very good and I've never had to wait too long at this branch. Food and drink the same as any other Costa. Branch manager very pleasant and efficient.
A typical costa coffee, busy and staff were a bit flustered and temperamental other than that. Pretty well located near the shore and 5 minute walk to the beach.

Never waited so long to drink a coffee. Two people attending and I think should be 4. The same hand that took my money cleaned the machine's coffee reservoir before making the coffee. Overall the coffee tastes good and the food is acceptable.
