Took cat for a scheduled check and jab. Covid measures mean arrive, ring and wait your turn. Pet was collected and returned. Limited parking (5/6 cars). Always great service here and they always give correct advice when needed. Used this practice for years now and never had any problems.

I don't live local to Downlands Vets but needed a reptile vet for our bearded dragon Gus .All staff at Emsworth and Hilsea are caring supportive and knowledgeable can't thank them enough for their help this year especially Sofia,Lucia and Gus Thank you Downlands.

Could not recommend more. Pebble became ill on Monday with GI stasis which I know can be devastating. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who helped get her back to being the sassy, boisterous, bouncy bunny we love. We got phone calls to update us on her progress, everyone we spoke to was up to date, knew exactly how well she was doing and we got to visit her in the evenings when she had to stay over night. From using several other veterinary surgeries you could tell that this one has a very close and strong team. Even though we spoke to several people throughout the week, they weren't just reading notes from a computer, every one of them had taken the time to learn about her case and had spent time with her. We cannot thank everyone enough for the care they gave, for putting up with Pebble being...well... Pebble, as she began to get better :D and for somehow getting her back to us happy and healthy in time for her birthday. Sorry she bit through her IV...
