The men’s toilets are disgusting. Floors are urine covered. It smells The sinks are dirty .the right hand side hand dryer after 3 months remains broken It hasn’t see bleach or cleaner for months. Please stop allowing M&S customers to suffer a day longer. I came home tonight and was violently sick I touched the door . That’s heaving as well. I’m a regular customer . Shut your doors, clean the loos ,fix the dryer then open.
