We have begun the sad process of selling our family home with Hazle, due to our mother going into care. So far they have been excellent with their customer service and guidance. Their knowledge of the current market has really helped us!
Disgraceful! If I could give zero stars I would. Devious and deceitful practice. I looked at a flat. I was the second person to look. I was told by Andrea that the first person to view had offered the asking price. She said that they did not agree with gazumping but \If you put forward a higher offer we are legally bound to inform the owner.\ I did not as I don't like this practice. Why say this to me? Then I got a call to say the buyer had withdrawn. They would like to give me the opportunity to be the first to see the flat again. I saw it again (with another member of the team) at 2.30pm and was persuaded to offer the asking price. I was led to believe that all was good. Then under 2 hours later I was told they had shown it to another lady straight after me. She had offered over the asking price and it had been accepted! Andrea said that they had put my offer to the vendor but she told them to show it to the other person. I find this difficult to believe in under 2 hours. I'll allow you to draw your own conclusions. They are not to be trusted and conform to the worst stereotype of Estate Agents.
Hazel @ Co were very professional from start to finish on selling our property to finding the home of our dreams . Juliet , Tina and Marcus was very helpful in answering all questions we had up to completion and after .Very friendly and will always recommend them to anyone I come by in the future .
