The wonderful team at Henry Adams have been managing my holiday let since January 2020. I had previously managed my own holiday let outside of the UK so I am very aware of the importance of excellent customer care. I needed a management company who I felt would communicate to guests with the same warmth, respect and appreciation as I would, I have without a doubt found exactly what I was looking for with the Henry Adams team, they have in fact exceeded my expectations. I feel highly valued as a client and I know the team genuinely care about guests and the guests experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Henry Adams both as a host and as a guest.

Since 2006 my husband and I have been using the services of Henry Adams and have always received wonderful service from their efficient and cheerful staff (a special shout out to Laura!). Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. We have stayed on five separate occasions in houses within walking distance to the centre of Chichester, West Sussex. Every house has had well equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms and living rooms and have always been spotlessly clean. This last March the cottage we rented even had fresh flowers on the table awaiting our arrival! Sadly, the covid pandemic necessitated our having to leave earlier than planned, but we shall be back and will always book through Henry Adams.
Great company, really friendly staff! Beautiful part of the country. Highly recommend.
