I have only ever used this place to collect a takeaway but I have always enjoyed the food and it is my regular go-to for a curry. The staff are always really friendly, helpful and happy to chat.

Went on an early Friday evening and all was good. Good food and service was more than acceptable. No complaints at all.

Booked a Saturday evening meal. Have eaten here before and was aware there can be some delays in service when the restaurant is busy. Covid safe ensured tables were well spaced and masks worn. There is an extensive menu and orders were taken promptly after finding out what vegan and gluten free options were available. There was a slight delay before food was served but it was well worth the wait. Food served included chicken tikka, king prawn biryani for me (gf) sag aloo, dahl and a mushroom biryani (vegan) for my friend. It was hot, plentiful, well flavoured and delicious. The serving staff were attentive and friendly. An excellent meal worth considering after lockdown, maybe even worth a take away before then.
We had a bit of a wait for our main course, however, it was Valentines evening and the restaurant was busy. The food was worth waiting for. Portions are of good size they came out piping hot. Service was ok, but the waitress's seemed a little preoccupied and weren't that friendly, maybe just a little inexperienced. Lovley atmosphere would definitely recommend this eatery.
