Fantastic selection of food which includes Gro vegan salads with falafel in their meal deals. I didn’t notice any moodiness in their staff as mentioned in other reviews, although the lady behind the checkout looked shook to her core that I told her to have a nice day, maybe a fair few of their customers are a bit rude? That would probably wear you down, innit.

I just wanted to say what a pleasant experience it was going into the Co-Op this morning, due to a new member of staff. I generally try to avoid it, as the staff - in the main - are miserable and unhelpful; so to be greeted by a young man with a big smile and a very cheery “Good Morning, how are you today?” was an amazingly change. The whole exchange of purchasing goods, along with a bit of cheery banter, was great and seemed to lift the mood of the rest of the queue. Here’s hoping he stays as cheery and doesn’t get pulled down by some of the rest of the staff!

Coop Emsworth are sooo helpful and the post office staff are my absolute favourite. I deliberately go to this branch rather than the one closer to me because the customer service is excellent! Thank you so much x
