The lady who worked in here was so rude, I was in a massive hurry for a 30p postal back and hand no cash (30p covid times) she wanted me to charge me 5 to use my bank card. I asked if I could leave my photo ID with address on it, and come back after I have been to the post office 1 min walk away to bring the cash back, she said no why should she, bad customer care for a local small shop, I would stay away, also had bad covid rules in place for covid, I wouldn't use this place

Staffed by an extremely rude older lady who feels it is acceptable to raise her voice to customers. Appalling behaviour. Explained to others who live locally how I was spoken to and it is a known occurance that she will regularly shout at customers and children. Extremely disappointing for such a pleasant area.
